Read First! A few hints about our New Online Banking:- Click the link above, new link. Save it in your Favorites if you want. (Be sure to delete the old link home banking link cre...something.)
- From the next login page, if you have used Online Banking/CUOL before the Labor Day weekend, click the Setup Your Info in the light gray, upper box with the heading "REGISTERED ONLINE BANKING USER WHO DID NOT CHOOSE SECURITY QUESTIONS". You are registered in home banking, but Security Questions have to be re-established. They did not carry over to the new system.
- User ID and Password are the same as they were before the Labor Day weekend, if you've used CUOL before. If you get an error or security questions that you did not set-up, call the credit union for assistance, a new password will need to be set-up. (918) 477-3200 or (800) 318-7228.
- Once you get through the Security Questions in the new system the first time, the next time you login, click on the box that reads "REGISTERED ONLINE BANKING USER" Login.
Login Steps- Enter your User ID
- Enter your password
- Enter the Random Code, no spaces
- Accept the disclosures
- Set-up 3 security questions. You can choose from the drop down or write your own questions.
- Click Next
- Create your Security Key/Word phrase. This is like our picture in the old system. Any word or phrase that will show every time you login.
- Set-up Email – enter email address
- Click Finished.
- Your accounts will appear.
Keep in Mind, history is available on your eStatement, available for enrollment from within Online Banking. Hover over the Accounts tab for the menu options below it, you'll see EStatement, click on it and follow the prompts for enrollment.

Red Crown Credit Union’s BillPay offers a great deal of flexibility. You can pay all of your monthly bills, from the paperboy to your mortgage. Plus, BillPay allows you to schedule payments in advance, so bills get paid even when you're on vacation or away on business. Each month you can schedule payments for when you want them to be disbursed, or you can set-up a payee to automatically be paid on the same day for the same amount every month.

eStatement
Receive your Red Crown Credit Union monthly or quarterly account statement electronically via the internet. No more waiting for the mail or keeping track of bulky envelopes. Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your statement is ready for viewing. Log into the secure eStatement site where you can then view, print or save your statement. Plus, within eStatement, you can view your cancelled check images.
Check Images
Within your Online Banking and eStatement, you can view your cancelled check images, front or back. Need a copy? Simply print a copy of the check image you need or save it to your computer for future reference. Cancelled check images are only available within eStatement.
