We are excited about the enhanced mortgage loan servicing options our new partnership with TruHome Solutions, LLC. will enable us to offer.
Payment Options:- You can access your mortgage loan and make a payment online, click here.
- You can continue making payments at any Red Crown branch.
- You can enroll in the Automatic Payment Program (“APP”) which will automatically deduct your payment from your account each month. Click to download the APP Form
If your monthly mortgage payment is automatically paid by a transfer option or payroll deduction, effective May 20, these payment options will no longer work. You will need to begin using one of the payment options described above beginning with your June payment.
Remember, while the loan is still with Red Crown, the loan will no longer be shown under your Red Crown account number so payments will no longer be able to be made via home banking or a Credit Union Service Center.
In January 2011, you will receive one year-end statement (IRS Form 1098 - Mortgage Interest Statement) to be used when filing your 2010 income taxes. This year-end 1098 statement will include your mortgage loan activity for the entire 2010 year (January - December).
