New Member Processing System Being Installed This Labor Day Weekend!
Just a reminder, this Labor Day weekend is "The Weekend" for the installation of the new member processing system.
- All branches will be closed Saturday.
- All remote services - CUOL home banking, bill pay, and telephone banking will be down for the weekend as well.
- Come Tuesday, September 7, these services will go live on the new system.
- Drive-thrus will open Tuesday at 7:30 am.

Between September 3 and September 7, you will have:- Limited access to your funds through your ATM or Visa Check Cards.
- No access to home banking (CUOL), bill pay, eStatement and telephone banking (ART). Home banking, bill pay and telephone banking are all being replaced with brand new systems. Plus, mobile banking is coming October 1!
- Limited access at Credit Union Service Centers.
- Suggested options for accessing funds during this weekend are to: write a check, use a credit card or make the appropriate cash withdrawals prior to close Friday, September 3.

Why does Red Crown need a new processing system?Basically our current processing system has become outdated so we will be installing a new data processing system-which serves as the hub for virtually all member financial activity at Red Crown.
The new processing system will help us operate more efficiently, allowing us to spend our time and resources on better serving you. It will enable us to provide you with the most convenient, innovative and cost-effective financial services. And will give us the necessary tools to meet and exceed the positive growth demands we continue to experience.
For the most part, the changes you will see should be fairly transparent. A few things will be noticeable, but all are for the better! Plus, in the months and years to come, you’ll experience further improvements as we take advantage of the many capabilities our new system will offer.
